Areas Schedule: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM –
11:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Weekends Required (rotating
or fixed availability welcome) About the Role Senior Helpers is
seeking compassionate, reliable bilingual caregivers to provide
in-home care and support for seniors. This role is ideal for
individuals who are fluent in English and another language (Spanish
preferred) and are passionate about helping seniors remain safe,
comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Responsibilities
Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming,
mobility) Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Provide
companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping and
basic errands Ensure a safe and supportive home environment
Communicate clearly with clients and families in both languages
when needed Qualifications Bilingual (English another language;
Spanish preferred) Valid driver’s license and reliable
transportation Ability to pass a background check Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Caring, patient, and
dependable attitude Availability for at least 10 hours per week
Weekend availability required Compensation & Benefits Competitive
pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour (based on experience and
qualifications) Pay increase after 90 days (based on performance &
attendance) Holiday and weekend pay Overtime and extra shifts
