Job Description Job Description Description: Bilingual BDC Representative Job type Full-time Shift and schedule Weekends as needed Evenings as needed Location Chicago, IL 60659 Job Summary : The Bilingual BDC Associate at CDJR Of Chicago is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving traffic and providing excellent customer service. This individual contributor role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales. As a Bilingual BDC Associate, you will work closely with our Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to generate and convert leads into appointments. This is a full-time, hourly position located in Chicago, Illinois. Responsibilities : Respond to and follow-up on customer inquiries and leads via email, phone calls, and texts. Utilize dealership's CRM system to track leads and manage customer interactions Schedule appointments for Sales Managers and Sales Representatives with interested customers Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and set up appointments for vehicle test drives Work closely with team members to meet and exceed sales goals Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent required. Must speak Spanish as well as English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with computer and CRM systems. Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
