Job Type Part-timeDescriptionThe Pr Sales and Education Specialist's primary responsibilities are to assist the Account Executive to achieve sales plan, gain market share, and drive brand awareness.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Build and nurture strong relationships with store staff and retail management in ULTATrain, educate and motivate retail and salon staff in assigned territory.Assist in recruiting, hiring, coaching and training productive & effective selling specialists to support business growthExecute, support and promote all Pr promotions, brand initiatives, and product launchesMaintain Pr's image of beauty by adhering to company policies and dress codeLead by example through personally demonstrating effective sales techniques, selling skills, and by meeting daily sales goalsDrive and increase sales volume in the assigned territoryMaintain ongoing & consistent communication with all in store staff and management.Analyze productivity reports, weekly numbers and various reportingWeekly Expense reportsManage and maintain all BudgetsMeet all DeadlinesEnsure PUR planograms are updated on time and all componentry is correct. Monitor the appearance, standards, graphics and stock levels so that the gondola, and tester units are always impactful.Work to gain additional visual exposure via end caps, seasonal displays***This position is part-time 25-29 hours per week.
