Job Summary SEE Eyewear is looking for a team-focused, patient-centric Optometrist to provide coverage for our Chicago Locatio ns 2–3 Saturdays per month. Duties & Responsibilities Tasks include but are not limited to: Partnering with the Store Manager to develop strategies to increase fill-rate Networking and building relationships in the local market Delivering a quality eye exam to patients, focused on both precision and experience Making lens recommendations from the chair Providing a seamless hand-off of patients back to the retail team at the end of each exam Utilizing downtime to network, interact with potential patients, and collaborate with the retail team on the sales floor Qualifications & Requirements Must follow all state laws regarding minimum eye examination standards Responsible for completing and maintaining all credentialing requirements Availability for 2–3 Saturdays per month Familiarity with state-of-the-art Digital Topcon equipment preferred
