Position Summary This position is responsible for administering the purchase orders and invoicing for the maintenance department. Essential Functions Review shop repair orders Verify parts and labor Review purchasing orders for correct count and cost Close out purchase orders and prepare invoices Prepare data entry of repair orders Maintain part inventory Process annual paperwork on trailers for state certifications Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Note: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
