Company Class A CDL Intermodal Driver Home Every Night
Transource Logistics, Inc is in search of reliable, safety conscious truck drivers to haul shipping containers from the Chicagoland area to the surrounding states. Containers will primarily originate/terminate at UPG4, BNSF-LPC and CN Harvey but drivers must be willing to visit any Chicagoland rail terminal/depot if needed. Almost every load delivers/picks up within a 300-mile radius. Drivers will be home every night!

Compensation: $1,200-$1,600 per Week

Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely operate semi-tractor trailer
  
• Follow all DOT & FMCSA regulations
  
• Follow all policy and procedures provided by Transource Logistics
  
• Maintain Electronic Logs ELD
  
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure that the equipment is roadworthy (emphasis on tire condition/pressure, brakes, and lights)
  
• Plan route complying with state road weight limitation

    SCHEDULE:
    
    Work hours for this position will fluctuate daily and will require some flexibility from prospective employees. In general, drivers will be working Monday-Friday starting between 2:00 AM 6:00 AM and end the day between 2:00 PM 6:00 PM. It will depend on the circumstance. We are more than happy to accommodate any start/stop times that are required by our employees under the condition that we are notified in advance.
    
    REQUIREMENTS:
    
    • 21 Years of Age or Older
      
    • 2 Years of Verifiable Tractor-Trailer Experience
      
    • High School Diploma
      
    • Hold a Class A CDL
      
    • Good Driving Record
      
    • Dependability
