We're hiring a Retail Marketing Assistant to lead frontline campaigns for Frontier Residential services. This full-time role focuses on promotions, in-store marketing, and turning retail interactions into business growth—all while gaining hands-on marketing experience. As a Retail Marketing Assistant at OSER, you'll power our Frontier retail campaigns, executing promotions, educating customers, and driving acquisitions. You're the boots-on-the-ground force ensuring our brand cuts through the noise, turning store traffic into measurable growth while mastering performance marketing firsthand. Key Responsibilities of the Retail Marketing Assistant Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of direct marketing campaigns within designated retail locations for Frontier Residential services. Assist in preparing, organizing, and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and display elements for retail events and promotions. Support marketing and sales teams in direct consumer interactions, answering basic questions about Frontier products and services, and directing qualified leads. Assist with the logistical setup and breakdown of retail marketing events, product demonstrations, and promotional kiosks. Help gather basic market insights and competitor information from retail environments to contribute to campaign strategy adjustments. Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of retail marketing activities and consumer engagement metrics. Ensure that OSER Management Group and Frontier Retail brands are professionally and positively represented at all times during consumer interactions. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, data entry related to campaigns, and maintaining marketing inventories. Work collaboratively with marketing managers, sales representatives, and other team members to achieve campaign objectives and enhance overall marketing efforts.
