Action Truck Parts, headquartered in Bolingbrook, IL, is looking for a motivated and aggressive Parts Counter Representative with Heavy Duty truck parts experience to join our growing team. This position is located in our Rockdale, IL branch. As a member of Action Truck Parts, the Parts Counter Representative is responsible for selling parts over-the-counter, over-the-phone, and occasionally, on-line to our customers and doing so with the highest level of customer service. Job Responsibilities of the Parts Counter Representative:

• Assisting customers in selecting and purchasing the correct parts.
• Providing pricing and product information to customers.
• Assisting with inventory validation.
• Contributing to departmental production and profitability goals.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction at or above company standards.
• Answering telephones promptly. Job Requirements of the Parts Counter Representative:
  • 3-5 years of Heavy Duty Parts Counter experience strongly preferred
  • Aftermarket experience strongly preferred
  • Karmak Legend knowledge strongly preferred
  • Some heavy lifting required
  • Promotes and maintains a positive, team oriented, and customer focused attitude.
