Perform implementation of individual Performance Improvement Program processes and any associated activities including the improvement of these tools. Continuously improve performance improvement program execution to increase efficiency and results of the program and ensure effective identification, screening, analysis, resolution, implementation and measurement of performance issues. Prepare site performance data and adverse trends using observations, CAP, self-assessment, benchmarking, OPEX, and performance indicator data. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESResponsible for implementing performance improvement programs and providing support and oversight of those programs (45%)Perform Trending Analysis - Prepare site performance data and adverse trends using observations, CAP, self-assessment, benchmarking, OPEX, and performance indicator data. (25%)Lead CAP investigations and support IR reviews (15%)Manage performance indicator and response to trends (5%)Prepare packages to support PI meetings (5%)Innovation and projects ? as assigned (5%) JOB SCOPEWorks under general supervision. Duties and tasks are frequently non-routine. Resolves most questions and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels. Must have good grasp of the PI processes and a good understanding of the fundamental functions performed by the respective group.
