Constellation. Position Title: Human Resources InternLocation:
Constellation Dresden StationLength of Internship: Approximately 6
months 12 months. Hours: 40 hours/week (can adjust if needed based
on school schedule) Hybrid model. Primary Purpose of Position:
Provide assistance to the Midwest Human Resources team in
administering Human Resource policies, programs, and services.
Provide support to the team in recruiting, staffing, compensation,
employee relations, engagement and retention, and talent
development.Responsibilities: Provide transactional support of
employee and organizational changes Uses policies and guidelines to
coordinate Human Resources related projects Maintain and update HR
Records and ensure all filing of documents is accurate and timely
Compile and provide data to management regarding vacancies,
turnover, exit interview and other statistics as needed Assist HR
Manager and HR Business Partner and perform other duties as
assigned Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and
innovation in services
