DescriptionBusiness Development Specialist OpportunitySupporting S. Holland, Glen Ellyn, and Elk Grove Village.ProMedica Senior Care provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.The Business Development Specialist is responsible for external sales activities to build and grow census, to develop new accounts and maintain existing accounts, and to execute community events for referral sources and customers.Responsibilities:Invests a minimum of 90% of work time on face-to-face referral development completing sales calls to physicians, hospital and medical professionals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted livings, community organizations, and other related contacts. Maintains a thorough knowledge of the buildings products and services, resident care related capabilities and physician relations.Develops relationships with a growing base of referral sources, leading to a consistent flow of quality referrals to the building(s).Effectively uses customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools to manage referral source sales and inquiries.Works with Corporate Marketing Department, Marketing Communications Manager and MMD in the development of print advertisements, brochures and media campaigns.Uses sales development systems and tools to manage referral source.Uses resources to build relationships resulting in gaining prospective customers and gaining commitment to move-inIn return for your expertise, you'll enjoy excellent training, industry-leading benefits and unlimited opportunities to learn and grow.
