Purpose IT Company.Your TasksThe Onsite Technician is a responsible
role based on extensive expert knowledge and experience in direct
customer service which is the core of our business. They carry out
work for various customers by directly visiting their sites or
being permanently assigned to a specific customer at their site and
providing relevant technical assistance. They ensure that the
delivery of services is in accordance with SLAs and project
requirements, that no over-delivery is done and work is logged in
appropriate systems. Main responsibilities:
- Handle service support requests & incidents
- Asset management & coordination.
- Hands & Eyes Support.
- Detect faults and provides efficient and effective
solutions.
- Ensuring all work is delivered consistently and in accordance
with scope of work.
- Have a full awareness of service level KPI's and deliver in
accordance with these under guidance of the Service Delivery
Manager.
- Helping to ensure that Hemmersbach delivers a high level of
customer satisfaction, which also meets the business goals.
- Work in accordance with suppliers and customer's rules and
regulations for the purposes of health and safety.
- The technician will deliver the user support for the
maintenance of the End-Users at our customer's location.Scope
includes support for end-user:
- Break/Fix Activities
- Software Defects
- General Software Support
- Hardware troubleshooting
- IMACD
- Smarts Hands ServiceOur Requirements
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues and
problems and fixing the issues without affecting / violating the
hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirement.
- Hands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and fixing
desktop, printer, laptop and other computer peripheral hardware
problems.
- Basic knowledge of networking to perform smart hand activity
under instruction-based activities at sites.
- Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing up to
50Lbs.
- Good written and oral communications skills with clients and
management. Good people skills.
- All onsite technicians will adhere to workplace health and
safety policy.
- All onsite technicians will adhere to workplace access control
standard.
- Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on time.
- Good to have - knowledge in AD for all Service Provider
personnel's.
- Good to have - knowledge and experience on software and OS
deployment using SCCM or other deployment technologies for all
Service Provider Personnel's.
- Level 2 Technician should have A+ Certification or similar, OEM
vendor training, and a minimum of 3 years' experience across
multiple device platforms, customer service training.
- Standard working days: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM local
time excluding bank holidays.Your BenefitsWe are now offering a
