Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in electronic and mechanical products, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator 1 to join their team. As a Production Operator 1, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, supporting assembly, testing, and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, manual dexterity, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Operator 1 Location: Buffalo Grove, IL Pay Range: $20.50ph Shift: Third Shift, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Saturday What's the Job? Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products following prescribed quality standards Utilize visual aids, written, and verbal instructions to manufacture products accurately Move parts and materials efficiently to maintain smooth workflow Rotate between different operations within work cells and departments as needed Maintain accurate records of work performed and notify supervisors of any process deviations What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required Hands-on experience in assembly or related manual work preferred Dependable transportation to ensure punctuality Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail, good attitude, and ability to follow directions What's in it for me?
