At Plastipak, you’ll work with state-of-the-art equipment in a clean, well-organized & climate-controlled facility. Shift: Nights 6:45pm – 7:15 am Standard 3-2-2-3 schedule that equates to 15 working days a month Includes 2 long-weekends every month Pay: Earn $25 - $32 per hour $25 - $32 per hour , based on skills & experience Shift differential of $1.00 per hour more for night shift Why Work Here? Stable Job with a Recession-Resilient Company Clean & Climate-Controlled Work Environment Solid TPM Program (Total Productive Maintenance) What You Will Do Preventative maintenance Repair machine & manufacturing equipment Changeovers Complete trainings & earn certifications What You Need High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 3 or more years of experience maintaining manufacturing machines & equipment (engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, etc.).
