You will be taking over very large clients. The ideal candidate: - Must have 5-10 years of medical malpractice defense litigation experience

• Ideally, looking for an Associate or a lateral looking to make a change ( will compensate well the right candidate)
• Strong case management skills
• Experience coordinating matters in Illinois State and Federal courts through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial.
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to manage case-load efficiently
• Previous federal and state court experience preferred
