Job Description:

Position Objective:

The Microsoft 365 Administrator is an information technology specialist who provide hands-on technical support to manage and maintain the company's Office 365 tenants and related technologies. This includes but is not limited to management, configuration, and maintenance of Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint. Mail security infrastructure with Microsoft Advance Threat Protection and Defender for Office. Managing mail flow, administering user and group management within Office 365. Coordinate system activities with various stake holders and other technology support groups. Troubleshooting and problem determination and problem resolution. Identification and development of automation to improve processes, workflow, or system availability. Ensure that the Office 365 is properly monitored and maintain system documentation

Key Activities/Responsibilities:

* Champion the adoption of Office 365 services as appropriate for our business
* Manage and monitor Office 365 services
* Formulate and create Office 365 SharePoint sites for domain users and external client access
* Administer and support Office 365 Azure and Exchange policies
* Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring
* Assist with the migration of data into the Office 365 cloud platform and Office 365 SharePoint
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user access to cloud services
* Monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services.
* Deliver a consistent process for incident and problem escalation along with resolution
* Assist with the creation of policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and support.
* Administer and support Office 365 and MS Exchange policies
* Administer and support system backup and disaster recovery processes


* Degree, in an IT related subject or 5 years pf equivalent experience
* Experience in 365 administration

Job Experience:

* Exchange and SharePoint experience
* Project management experience preferred

Skills Required:

* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
* Progressive experience in a technical help desk or a customer service environment
* Office 365 administration experience
* Experience with Azure AD and Exchange
* Office 365 SharePoint Administrator experience
* Microsoft Certifications a plus
* Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
* Proficient in operating systems, MDM solutions and encryption technologies.
* Experience with PowerShell.
