manage the full recruitment lifecycle, foster strong relationships

Qualifications - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a
variety of roles, including technical, executive, campus, and
internal positions - Conduct thorough interviews to assess
candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit while maintaining a
positive candidate experience - Negotiate employment offers and
contracts with candidates - Collaborate closely with hiring
managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and
develop targeted recruitment plans - Utilize research techniques
and lead generation strategies to identify passive candidates
through cold calling, social media outreach, and networking events
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication
skills to engage candidates effectively. - Proven expertise in
technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and
employee relations. - Ability to conduct comprehensive interviews
using structured techniques that evaluate both technical skills and
cultural fit. - Experience in social media management for talent
acquisition purposes across platforms like LinkedIn or Facebook -
Knowledge of training & development practices to support onboarding
and ongoing employee growth initiatives - Proven ability in
sourcing and interviewing qualified candidates to meet client needs
in multiple industries, both exempt and non-exempt positions -
Verifiable experience in candidate and client control of the
interview process - Experience in developing recruiting campaigns
for a wide variety of positions - Experience working a full desk of
recruiting - Verifiable experience with career websites such as
ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, indeed, etc. - Experience with
Microsoft Office Products - Demonstrated ability to develop
recruitment advertisements for various positions with little
direction - Experience in contingency / retained search is required
- Work with the leadership to develop and maintain spreadsheets and
track documents - Ability to work on multiple projects and change
direction in a moment’s notice - Excellent communication, written
and follow up skills - High School Diploma or GED Our company is an
