We are seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support our Chicago-based operations. This in-person role partners closely with employees and leaders to provide day-to-day HR support, with a focus on employee relations, benefits, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers Process and maintain leave of absence administration Handle employee relations matters, including investigations and performance support Support benefits administration and respond to employee benefit questions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Maintain accurate and confidential employee records Support onboarding, employee communications, and engagement initiatives Qualifications: 3 years of HR Generalist experience Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits, and HR compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills HRIS and ATS experience required (Workday a plus) Union experience preferred, not required Work Environment: In-person role based in Chicago, IL, monthly travel to Batavia, IL Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay and full benefits package $65K/Annual salary Beacon Mobility is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
