The Bi-lingual Senior HR Business Partner is tasked with
ensuring alignment between business operations and HR practices and
objectives. The Senior HRBP will have a keen understanding of the
business's strategy, providing dynamic solutions using experience,
data analyses, and organizational agility to guide decision
The Senior HRBP provides consulting and coaching to departmental
leaders in order to support the business's vision, mission, and
overall objectives. The Senior HRBP is also responsible for
delivering a comprehensive and consumer-driven people service,
aligning both people management and organizational strategies.
The Senior HRBP will support our growing company by supporting our
leaders with year-end initiatives (open enrollment and performance
review), new employee onboarding, training and development, and
employee relations and retention. Our goal is to be a partner in
the success of our employees by providing exceptional customer
service and support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be
Facilitates effective implementation of new HR initiatives in

policies and procedures.
Works closely with the HR Business Partner team in developing and
applying changes to strategies, implementations and established

Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to
day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and
ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department

Partners with Talent Acquisition to communicate departmental hiring
needs and to assist in designing, developing and executing full
cycle recruitment plans and sourcing strategies to achieve staffing
goals and overall business objectives. Ensures effective

Assists managers by engaging internal and external resources to
improve their teams' knowledge and skills.
Bachelor's in related discipline.
Minimum of 7+ years' progressive work experience in Human Resources
Bi-lingual - English/Spanish; oral and written with the ability to
Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power
Point) and HRIS database(s).
Experience supporting multiple locations and/or departments
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP, SHRM - SCP, SPHR or PHR)
