The Bi-lingual Senior HR Business Partner is tasked with ensuring alignment between business operations and HR practices and objectives. The Senior HRBP will have a keen understanding of the business's strategy, providing dynamic solutions using experience, data analyses, and organizational agility to guide decision making.

The Senior HRBP provides consulting and coaching to departmental leaders in order to support the business's vision, mission, and overall objectives. The Senior HRBP is also responsible for delivering a comprehensive and consumer-driven people service, aligning both people management and organizational strategies.

The Senior HRBP will support our growing company by supporting our leaders with year-end initiatives (open enrollment and performance review), new employee onboarding, training and development, and employee relations and retention. Our goal is to be a partner in the success of our employees by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
Facilitates effective implementation of new HR initiatives in different departments and levels of the business as appropriate.
Ensures alignment between HR strategies and the existing business's policies and procedures.
Works closely with the HR Business Partner team in developing and applying changes to strategies, implementations and established programs.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts prompt, effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Manages and assists with communication between management and employees concerning workplace decisions, conflicts, investigations and issues related to Human Resources.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Coaches and guides Supervisors when issues arise, developing their capability of handling various employee situations and supporting them as they mentor their staff.
Collaborates with the business and the HR Training & Development team to identify training needs and to spearhead various training initiatives to help our culture flourish.
Partners with Talent Acquisition to communicate departmental hiring needs and to assist in designing, developing and executing full cycle recruitment plans and sourcing strategies to achieve staffing goals and overall business objectives. Ensures effective communication
As needed, participates in facilitation of Day 1 New Employee Orientation.
Assists managers by engaging internal and external resources to improve their teams' knowledge and skills.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's in related discipline.
Minimum of 7+ years' progressive work experience in Human Resources generalist role.
Bi-lingual - English/Spanish; oral and written with the ability to translate documents.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and HRIS database(s).
Experience supporting multiple locations and/or departments simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP, SHRM - SCP, SPHR or PHR) preferred.
Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple large-scale projects simultaneously with minimal supervision through multi-tasking and prioritization.
Superior employee relations and influencing skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
Able to manage workflow, with minimal oversight and changing priorities.
Able to work both on a team and independently to deliver results.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to exercise reasonable judgment and maintain highest confidentiality.
Strong service orientation.
