We're looking for a high-energy, hands-on Front of House Manager to lead our team through this exciting growth phase and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. What You'll Do - Lead and inspire the Front of House team in a high-volume, independent restaurant setting – plan shifts, delegate tasks, hold everyone accountable, and build a positive, energetic culture. - Oversee daily dining room operations to ensure smooth, efficient service. - Deliver top-tier guest service – greet, engage, resolve issues quickly, and create memorable experiences that drive repeat business and rave reviews. - Train, develop, and coach staff ongoing – from new hires to seasoned team members – to maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism. - Use POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other restaurant tech to track performance, manage inventory needs, and support business decisions. - Uphold Department of Health food safety standards and ensure compliance across the team. What We're Looking For - High-energy personality with a passion for hospitality and leading in fast-paced, high-volume environments. - Front of House experience in full-service casual dining (independent or high-volume spots strongly preferred – chains are fine if you've handled big crowds). - 1-2 years of professional management experience (scheduling, team leadership, accountability). - Proven ability to thrive on nights and weekends – this role is built for evening hustlers who love the buzz of peak hours. - Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, professional demeanor). - Solid knowledge of dining room operations, and food safety standards. - Proficiency with restaurant technologies (POS, Microsoft Office, etc.). - Flexibility, business acumen, and a drive to grow with a dynamic, expanding venue.
