GardaWorld, a global leader in comprehensive security and risk management, is seeking dedicated and reliable Overnight Event Security personnel to join our specialized team. This position focuses on ensuring the safety and security of event venues during overnight shifts. Our personnel are expected to handle security operations with the highest level of vigilance and professionalism. Key responsibilities include monitoring CCTV feeds, patrolling the premises, managing access control, and responding to incidents promptly. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments. Conduct regular patrols of the event venue to deter and detect signs of intrusion or security breaches. Monitor CCTV and alarm systems to ensure the security and safety of the premises and attendees. Control access points to prevent unauthorized entry during overnight hours. Respond to emergencies and incidents with decisiveness and report details to the appropriate authorities and management. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when needed. Document all security-related activities and incidents in a detailed and professional manner. Provide a visible security presence to reassure event staff and attendees. Proficient in surveillance systems Strong observational skills Effective communication and reporting skills Ability to assess and prioritize threats Crisis management and emergency response capabilities Valid Security Guard license First Aid and CPR certifications Training in emergency response or crisis management (preferred)
