An individual could be successful if they possess the following.- This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members. - Maintains a professional appearance at all times, clean and well-groomed as per standard. - Provides friendly, quick, and professional service to guests and co-workers. - Mixes and prepares drink orders, according to Hollywood's standards; garnishes properly. - Accurately operates cash register by ringing in all transactions, accepts payment, and provides change. - Requests stock and checks bar to monitor stock levels. - Maintains cleanliness of bar and station. - Follows safety rules. - Able to answer questions when asked about Hollywood operations. - Prepares bars for the following shift by completing opening and closing duties. - Notifies Supervisor if a guest appears intoxicated. - Notifies Management of equipment problems. - Attends all staff briefings and meetings.- High School Diploma or equivalent is required with a thorough knowledge of mixing drinks. - Minimum 6 months of bartending experience is preferred. - You must be at least 21 years of age. - Must understand and speak the English language.Whether you prefer being at the center of it all or working behind the scenes, theres a role for you at Penn National Gaming.
