Job Description:
Carle Health is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to oversee
nursing staff and ensure optimal patient care within our
community-based healthcare setting. This role combines clinical
expertise with leadership responsibilities, playing a crucial role
in implementing innovative strategies and improving health
outcomes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient
care, team development, and aligning with Carle Health's mission of
integrating advanced medical practices and research to enhance
patient experiences. Supervise and schedule registered nurses and
nursing assistants Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and
standards Manage patient care plans, coordinating with other
healthcare professionals Assess ongoing staff training needs and
implement educational programs Monitor and improve patient care
quality and safety measures Provide direct patient care when needed
Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal abilities Proficient in using healthcare software and
systems In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines Ability
to handle stress and make quick decisions Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
