Job Description:

healthcare, is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to
expand our mental health services. As a Mental Health Counselor at
Carle Health, you will utilize your expertise in therapy to provide
compassionate and effective counseling to our diverse patient
population. Your work will directly impact our mission to advance
medical treatment and improve patient health outcomes through
personalized mental health interventions. Conduct individual and
group therapy sessions with patients facing various mental health
challenges. Develop tailored treatment plans based on patient
assessments and ongoing evaluations. Collaborate with healthcare
team members to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain patient records
with high confidentiality and adherence to ethical guidelines.
Participate in ongoing professional development and research to
stay current with industry trends. Professional counseling Patient

current LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) certification.
