Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: New Lenox, IL Agency: AMN Healthcare Pay: $2,054 to $2,181 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position Job Description & Requirements Registered Nurse – Home Health - Travel - (HH RN) StartDate: 3/16/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2054.00 - $2181.00 Prescribes coordinates and delivers care through the nursing process. Maintains the standards of professional nursing. Supervises CNA and coordinates care with other health care workers as assigned. Provides comprehensive initial assessments to all clients and on subsequent visits continually assesses Physical, Psychosocial, Environmental and community resources available utilizing the principles of growth and development over the life span Initiates Plan of Care, re-evaluates the need for care and modifies Plan of Care as ordered / needed. Establishes discharge plans with patient, physician, other disciplines and caregivers. Completes OASIS data Provides patient care using current Federal, State and Agency regulations Assesses educational needs of patient, families, caregivers and implements appropriate teaching strategies Completes documentation according to regulatory guidelines.
