Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Pelvic Health/Women's Health Physical Therapist to join our team! Professional Qualifications: · Licensed physical therapist in Illinois · Post-professional training in pelvic health & women’s health: APTA CAPP course series, Herman & Wallace · Minimum of 1 year of clinical direct patient care experience in pelvic health and women’s health physical therapy · Strong orthopedic PT skills Hours: Very flexible.
