Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
serving students from Pre-K through 8th grade in Waukegan, IL. This
role involves providing speech and language therapy services across
two school sites, starting April 1st, 2025, through the end of the
school year. The position requires full-time availability, working
five days per week. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing,
and treating speech and language disorders for a diverse student
population. The SLP will collaborate with educators, families, and
support staff to develop and implement individualized education
plans (IEPs) and support student progress. Qualifications: Valid
Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist License (PEL) Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC) or Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year
(CFY) preferred Experience working in school settings with Pre-K to
8th grade students Strong communication and interpersonal skills
