Job Description:
Brickyard Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. This

experience in a healthcare setting, a proactive approach to patient

environment. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
plans in consultation with healthcare professionals. Administer
medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing
protocols. Document patient care services by charting in patient
and department records. Educate patients and their families on
illness, wellness, and preventive healthcare. Supervise nursing
assistant staff, guiding their work and continuous learning in
patient care. Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care
teams by communicating information and participating in team
problem-solving methods. Strong clinical skills with a focus on
patient care and safety Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond
quickly to medical emergencies Proficiency in using healthcare
software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must have a current Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certification preferred.
