Benefits and Features : $327,000 - $365,000 / year base salary,

position using EMR with both in person and virtual visit options
Full-time position in a certified Patient Centered Medical Home
model Call is phone only with assistance of Patient Advisory Nurse
and spread among a physician group of >10 Join a team of 6
physicians, 4 APPs and excellent support staff Teaching
opportunities available Opportunity for additional hours in Urgent
