registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience
required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not
be considered. A specialized nursing position is available at an
early childhood educational setting in Cicero, IL. This role
focuses on providing individualized 1:1 pediatric nursing care
within a school environment, supporting young students with medical
needs to ensure their safety and well-being throughout the school
day. The position is contracted for the current school year (CSY).
Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care tailored
to individual pediatric students in a school setting Monitor and
manage students health conditions during school hours Administer
medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as prescribed
Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to
develop and implement health care plans Maintain accurate health
records and documentation in compliance with regulations Provide
health education and promote wellness among students and staff
Desired Qualifications and Experience: Registered Nurse (RN)
licensure with current credentials Experience working as a school
nurse, preferably in early childhood education settings Proficiency
in 1:1 pediatric nursing care, addressing complex medical needs
Strong communication skills for interaction with children,
families, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to handle emergency
situations calmly and effectively Location: Cicero, Illinois, Early
