You will lead quality assurance and risk management initiatives, oversee key performance indicators, and serve as the primary liaison between residents, families, and our multidisciplinary team. Additionally, you’ll manage budgets, labor costs, supplies, and documentation systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and financial objectives. Your role also includes guiding survey readiness, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements, developing corrective action plans as needed, and recruiting, coaching, and mentoring clinical team members. You'll schedule staffing based on acuity and provide essential on-call leadership support. Schedule: This is a full-time position with an on-call rotation.
