Dates of coverage:

ASAP- May 2023

Schedule:

7am-3pm, 7am- 5pm, 7am-7pm & 24hr shifts available.

Scope of work:

Inpatient
Cases: OB, Orth, Neuro/Heads, Peds (healthy), General B+B.
Medical direction: 1:4
9 locations at the hospital and 1-2 surgery center.
6 docs/14 CRNA team.
EMR: EPIC

Requirements:

Active IL License
Board Certified
DEA

Compensation:

Pay rates: $275/hr
