Responsibilities Provide health care services to the organization's
employees in accordance with established policies, procedures and
protocols of the healthcare organization. Design and implement
training programs to ensure employee safety in the office. Monitor
trends and causes of employee safety events and works with
colleagues to identify areas of safety risk. Complete and/or
coordinate completion of reports as required by state and federal
agencies and the organization as it relates to OSHA, Worker's
Compensation, Infection Control, Environment of Care. Educate
nurses about employee safety protocol and communicates any changes.
Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider
obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer
date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
required. Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or
job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in
which work is performed. Education: High School diploma equivalency
OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience
required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can
be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. Why Join
