Job Description:
Joliet Area Community Hospice is seeking an experienced C.N.A
for a part time day position in our Hospice Home. We have a
state-of-the-art facility and the first free standing in-patient
Hospice Home in Illinois. Joliet Area Community Hospice, is a
non-profit organization serving Will, Grundy, Kendall, LaSalle,
Southern Cook , Southern DuPage and a portion of Kankakee counties.
We have over a 35 year history for providing compassionate
professional care to terminally ill patients and their families. We
are state licensed and Medicare/Medicaid certified.Join our team
dedicated to serving the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of
our patients and their families. As a member of this dynamic team,
your responsibilities would include providing quality patient care
to our patients and assisting them with their ADL's.Our Hospice
Home team works 12 hour shifts in our 16-bed inpatient facility.
The day position works three (3) shifts in a two week period from 7
am - 7:30 pm with rotating weekends and holidays. EOE
