What will I be doing?
As an Executive Meeting Manager, you will be responsible for managing 1-25 guest rooms during peak times and selling and servicing all market segments. This role will handle rooms only, meeting space only, or a combination of both rooms, meeting space, and F & B.

• Respond to sales inquiries from potential clients seeking sleeping rooms, meeting space, food and beverage services, etc. Use discretion and authority to negotiate contracts and establish agreements with vendors.
  
• Initiate new sales, prospects, and qualify leads.
  
• Write proposals and contracts for prospective groups, advising on meeting space, availability, and developing quotes for group accommodations (1-25 guest rooms) for smaller meetings.
  
• Attend weekly sales meetings and other scheduled meetings to support business operations.
  
• Conduct site inspections and property tours with potential clients, showcasing guest rooms, meeting spaces, banquet facilities, and other hotel amenities.
  
• Partner with operations departments to ensure comprehensive service for accounts.
  
  What are we looking for?
  - Minimum of 1 year hotel industry experience required.
  Preferred capabilities include:
