Job Description:
DescriptionResponsible for taking inbound calls from customers
looking to place a new order or ask product related questions. Will
assist with any general administrative duties in the office and
help check visitors in. This person must be comfortable sitting at
the front desk and answering calls and talking to customers in
person.--- Answer incoming calls to main line for building for
phone extensions --- Greet visitors in a friendly, professional
way.--- Follow all protocol related to Visitors Policy. Make sure
they sign in, request photo ID, issue Visitor's badge and contact
the individual(s) they are here to see--- Update Mailboxes as
needed--- Manage order fulfillment processes of flavors,
fragrances, and aroma chemicals by assisting customers, taking
orders and expediting when requested.--- Follow up on order status,
back order expediting, shipping discrepancies, and missing
documents --- Provide quality service while continuously striving
for improvement and consistency --- Filing and organizing sales
orders, invoices, and customer's correspondence when needed--- Data
entry --- Extensive contact with all levels of management, sales
staff, other departments and customers --- Be available upon
special request for specific customer visits as a representative of
the companyHours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Skills & Qualifications- 2
years of professional customer service experience OR office
receptionist experience (front desk, guest experience, office
clerk, admin, receptionist, customer service-office)- Microsoft
Office Suite; Microsoft Excel- Admin experience Nice Haves:
-Bachelors Degree / Associates Degree-Bilingual in SpanishSoft
Skills: -Professional Reading, Writing and Verbal Skills-Outgoing
-Organized -Detail orientedPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this
position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to
