and experienced Associate Director of Franchise Success to join our
fast-growing team. As a leading advertising technology company, we

partners. The Associate Director will play a crucial role in
leading a team of talented professionals to develop and execute
innovative digital marketing strategies that drive revenue growth

you.Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives, ensuring they are
achieving core KPIs and developing professionally.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for clients,
leveraging a deep understanding of paid media channels, including
paid social, YouTube, display, and paid search.
- Regularly review franchise performance and maintain strong,
collaborative relationships with franchise partners at the
Franchisor level to ensure alignment with brand standards and drive
mutual success.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day
operations and drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to share best practices, key
insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Understand and execute the Drive Social Media strategy and
process while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring
client satisfaction.
- Lead the team to design thought-provoking, value-packed
creative campaigns that drive revenue while adhering to client
standards and the Drive Social Media process.
- Participate in the hiring and training of Account Executives,
ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills,
and resources to excel in their roles.
- Manage key accounts as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:
- A people person with a genuine desire to drive financial growth
for small to medium-sized businesses.
- 7+ years of client-facing or consulting experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing, training, and developing a
team.
- 5+ years of experience working with a variety of paid media
channels at a leading marketing agency or in-house team.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in
human behavior and relationship building.
- Demonstrable experience with digital campaign planning and a
solid understanding of marketing and advertising techniques.
- Ability to think adeptly around both creative and analytics to
drive ROI.
- Strong grasp of media buying best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work within a
process management system.
- Knowledge of Google Suite; working knowledge of SalesForce
software is a strong advantage.
- A true leader who is not afraid to call out team
inefficiencies.
- Curious and tenacious.
- A desire to work with some of the brightest minds in the
