A company is looking for a Manager, ADR.
Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of pipeline generation and manage its progression through the sales cycle
Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on empowerment and accountability
Provide strategic advice on sales activity and identify improvements in pipeline management and team productivity

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing high-performing global account development teams in a SaaS environment
Experience with Salesforce CRM for data analysis and trend identification
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects
Willingness to use the company's product
