Director of Revenue Cycle Management Full-Time Joliet, IL, US 25 days ago Requisition ID: 1006 The -Director of Revenue Cycle of Kidney Care Center is responsible for efficient management of AR, billing claims, patients accounts and follow up. PRIMARY DUTIES / ACTIVITIES: - Responsible for All Billing Operations and Account Receivable Operations - Multiple weekly tasks/projects pertaining to the Revenue Cycle Department - Oversee billing software daily operations - Review monthly productivity reports - Generate Balance Aging report & Monitor A/R Aging Report for each KCC Pod, report on a bi-weekly basis - Review weekly A/R reports and conduct meetings to discuss - Design strategies to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) - Develop and Generate multiple revenue collections data report in Athena for Management Purposes - Oversee and Monitor Patient accounts - Review and manage biweekly payroll process --- Other duties, as assigned On-Site, not remote.

• Vision insurance EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS: - BA/BS degree required - Healthcare AR/billing/operations experience is required EXPERIENCE and REQUIRED SKILLS: - 10 years' Medical Billing experience required - 5 years Manager experience required - Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting; experience in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel a must - Experience with Athena Health EHR Preferred
