Job DescriptionThe process engineering Senior Manager is accountable for ensuring commercial supply of products to the market; focused on site execution and support; site point of contact for Packaging and Inspection. Responsibilities:--- Responsible for performance of direct reports. Coordinate the activities of department personnel to ensure safety, compliance, production, resources, and costs are being controlled.--- Ensures that department is operating in compliance with cGMP regulations.--- Prepare and control department budgets.--- Provides direction, support and prioritization for process improvements.--- Ensures budgets, schedules and performance requirements are metQualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering/Science or related field.
• 5 years or more working in Packaging, Inspection, or similar roles in Pharmaceutical, Chemical Manufacturing or similar industry.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement development & execution.
• Strong communication and conflict management skills to influence project professionals and stakeholders, including non specialists, at all levels in the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in managing, organizing, developing and deploying best practice frameworks, processes, tools and templates in an Operations context, in alignment with Enterprise standards.
• Involvement in cross-functional, multicultural, and international teams
