We are currently looking for an;Associate Director, HR Business Partner Global Engineering and EHSAs a successful Associate Director, HR Business Partner Quality and Network Strategy you are responsible for executing the strategic HR agenda, people processes, programs and initiatives within the designated client groups aligned with the CSL Behring's HR and Business strategies and outcomes to enhance employee and business performance.You will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand the business challenges and opportunities. As such, you deliver value adding solutions across a range of HR areas including talent management, performance management, change management, organization design, capability development, strategic work force planning, employee engagement, employee and industrial relations and total rewards. Fostering a strong collaboration and a "ONE HR" mindset and approach, you closely partner with expert functions (e.g. OD, Talent Acquisition, Compensation) to leverage expert knowledge and experience and provide insightful and relevant feedback on key initiatives. Your responsibilities in detail include:Partnering develop an operational HR Plan and priorities with various leadership teams and designated business group leaders aligned with the CSL Behring HR Strategy Partnering with the overall HR function locally and globally (HR COE's) to drive successful outcomes that align with global HR strategy and objectives, and associated action plans to deliver integrated solutionsDriving the talent agenda to build a sustainable pipeline of world class talent through acquisition, appropriate talent moves, retention and development actions and ensuring long term people needs are identified and accommodated within business plans and management decisionsEstablishing clear deliverables and measures of success for people programs and initiatives that are endorsed by the businessProviding coaching and support to leaders to drive high performance that enables the delivery of superior performanceObtaining and using available people and business metrics to inform and proactively manage people decisions (data driven decisions)Facilitating innovative business and people practices to enhance business outcomesAligning and delivering global and local objectives by proactively managing conflicting priorities in order to achieve successful outcomes from both perspectivesStrongly partnering with leaders and COE's through all upcoming relevant HR topics, such as Talent Development, Performance Management, Cultural Engagement, Employee Relations, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Organizational Design and a Total Rewards StrategiesYou are an innovative thinker who deeply understands overall business needs and potential and successfully connect these with people and culture management.
