Description This role involves working as a CNC machinist in a
dynamic manufacturing facility. The position requires expertise in
editing G code, setting up new runs, and utilizing digital
micrometers for quality inspection. A solid understanding of basic
GD&T, the ability to read prints, and knowledge of basic shop
math are essential. Responsibilities Edit G code for CNC machines.
Set up new runs, typically 1-3 per shift. Utilize digital
micrometers for quality inspection. Understand and apply basic
GD&T principles. Read and interpret technical prints. Operate
HAAS vertical machines or Northwood routers. Perform secondary
tasks such as quality checks, cleaning, and packing parts.
Essential Skills 3-5 years of experience in CNC setup. Proficiency
in reading technical prints. Competency in using micrometers and
gauges. Knowledge of G code. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with changeovers and troubleshooting. Skill in machine

setting. Work Environment The position is based in a manufacturing
facility with two shift options: 2nd shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM,
and 3rd shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM. Training will take place
during the day shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM for 4-6 weeks. The
facility is clean, though it can get hot due to lack of climate
control. The location is in an industrial park near the airport.
Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of
Mishawaka, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is
$56160.00 - $62400.00/yr. Great company benefits, medical, dental
vision 401k. Will get holidays and PTO. They have other perks to
working there as well. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite
