Job Description Job Description Engineering Manager Are you an experienced engineering leader with a passion for electrical and controls systems? We are seeking a driven Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in the development of innovative electromechanical and automation solutions. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to guide projects from concept to completion, foster continuous improvement, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable products. Key Responsibilities Oversee engineering teams, including both mechanical and electrical disciplines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. Serve as the primary authority for electrical and controls engineering, including PCB, embedded hardware, firmware, and automation systems. Develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of technical objectives. Lead the design and development of electromechanical and automation systems, ensuring products are reliable, compliant, and competitive. Promote process enhancements, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to optimize performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field 10 years of progressive experience in electrical or electromechanical engineering Proven experience in engineering management or team leadership Hands-on expertise in embedded hardware, PCB design, automation, and electrical certifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Salary Range: $135,000-$150,000 Benefits: Bonus Offered Health, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurance 401(k) offering Paid time off and holidays (120 hours PTO) Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.
