Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy,
active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A Physical Therapist
position is available for the Extended School Year (ESY) program at
a school location in Arlington Heights, IL. This contract role runs
from June 15, 2026, through July 26, 2026, serving students from
early childhood through 12th grade. Key Details: Multiple positions
available Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:15 AM to 12:15 PM
(first and last day end at 3:15 PM) In-person work required
Physical Therapy assistants (PTA) are not eligible for this role
Qualifications: Valid Illinois Physical Therapist license (PT
license only; PTA licenses will not be accepted) Experience in
school-based physical therapy preferred Ability to work with a
diverse age range, Early Childhood through 12th grade
Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services aligned with
school-based protocols Collaborate with educational teams to
support student mobility and participation Maintain accurate and
timely documentation consistent with state and school policies
