minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A K-12 Special Education Teacher position is available
for the upcoming school year in Elgin, IL. This contract role
offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic school environment,

committed to student growth and development. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
aligned with students' unique learning needs. - Collaborate with
general education teachers, therapists, and families to create
supportive learning environments. - Monitor and document student
progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly. - Utilize
a variety of teaching methods and tools to support students
academic and social-emotional development. - Maintain compliance
with all special education policies and regulations.
Qualifications: - Valid Special Education teaching certification. -
Experience working with K-12 students in special education
settings. - Strong knowledge of special education laws, IEP
development, and instructional best practices. - Ability to build
positive relationships with students, parents, and staff. -
Excellent communication and organizational skills. Location: Elgin,
IL This position is contract-based for the current school year,
