Our offers include but are not limited to: Salary Pay bonus opportunities Advancement opportunities Opportunity to work with the largest Excavating/Sitework Contractors in the Midwest 4 weeks of Paid Time Off Access to health and life insurance, 401(k), paid parental leave, company discounts, etc. Company vehicle provided Job Details Responsibilities: Analyze construction plans and specifications to determine project requirements Estimate the cost of materials, labor, and equipment needed for construction projects Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop accurate cost estimates Prepare detailed and comprehensive bid proposals for potential clients Negotiate contracts and pricing with subcontractors and suppliers Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budget Review and analyze change orders and provide cost impact assessments Utilize construction management software. Requirements: Experience estimating in a relevant field Proven experience in construction estimating, with a strong understanding of cost control principles Knowledge of construction management and project management processes Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent negotiation and communication skills Proficient in using estimating software and tools Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Interested in hearing more?
