You will become our teams point of contact for the client within the OPMAC workstream (Occupancy Planning, Move, Add or Change of space) You will focus on proactive planning, partnering with the business, other Real Estate and Soft Service and Hard Service delivery on site, and our vendor team to develop and maintain strategic occupancy plans. You will demonstrate core organization, data visualization, and management skills to perform all aspects of this role. You will assist in developing a plan and system to track vacant industrial storage and usage of this storage space. You are a chameleon when needed to work with and assist all other work streams of the real estate support team on site when needed.
Responsibilities:

  • Be a key occupancy planning point of contact, providing facility service operations support on site, including capacity and space planning associated with office builds, expansions, and associated implementation of processes and procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to understand needs and drivers, collaborating with the vendor partners to develop frameworks, strategies, and processes.
  • Manage projects through completion, as well as analyze data from vendor partner occupancy planners to develop and communicate occupancy scenarios that drive optimal performance and workflow of the business.
  • Interact with on site staff for small moves, and potential vendor support for larger moves.
  • Manage accuracy of the overall space and occupancy plan
  • Develop and own once created the overall use of storage space.
  • Implement creative, non-standard, and innovative solutions to existing and future issues.
  • Manage long-term planning, and short-term decisions for business and site needs.Qualifications:
    • Experience in occupancy planning with an emphasis on program management, facilities management, hospitality, corporate services, or equivalent.
    • Experience developing and managing occupancy and scenario planning.
    • Knowledge and efficacy within the Serraview platform is needed, advance training will be assessed on the current level of use in your current role
    • Knowledge and efficacy within the Condeco platform is needed, training will be assessed on the current level of use in your current role
    • Experience in program management.
    • Excellent communication, strategic/analytical-thinking, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends, holidays, and shift changes as needed.Requirements:
      • Client relationship management 1 to 5 years
      • Interior Design background preferred
      • Commercial application of interior design preferred
      • AutoCAD experience preferred
      • Sketch Up experience preferred
      • Viso experience preferred
