experience or a retail/customer service background, then we are

the most fulfilling job you've ever had. What will you do in this
position? Assist the store manager with order-entry, monitoring
status of orders, and processing customer contracts. Complete
various administrative functions including follow-up on internet
leads, data-entry, enter cemetery permits, and send letter
correspondence. Support the store manager with selling our products
and services. Follow-up with customers to answer questions,
recommend products and finalize orders. Assist customers and
arrange payment terms in accordance with established company
guidelines. May conduct occasional cemetery lot checks identifying
granite to be matched and/or inscriptions, take photos, etc. Work
with area funeral directors and their staffs on various customer
orders. General office duties such as filing, phone, customer
service, and assist with maintaining cleanliness of the showroom,
etc. This position would work about 24 hours a week with a schedule
that includes two days a week at our Joliet branch located on
Plainfield Road (Novielli Memorials) and one day a week at our
other Joliet branch located on Cass Street (Olson & Troost) with
the potential of more hours based on business needs. Hours are
typically 8:30am - 5:00pm. $15.00 an hour. What are we looking for?
Saturday availability - you would not work every Saturday. Previous
sales or retail experience required. Can provide superior customer
service. Previous office administrative experience required.
Attention to detail and precision in completing work tasks. Ability
to work independently. Solid computer skills (previous ERP/SAP
experience helpful). Strong written and verbal communication
