Training & development ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate
for Neil Vranak State Farm, you are vital to our daily business
operations and customers success. You grow our agency through
meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between
customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our
customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer accounts and update
information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes
and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with
customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure
timely policy issuance. Write and submit insurance policies for new
and existing customers. Have needs based conversations with new and
existing customers. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills
and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and
communication skills. Previous office, sales or insurance
experience preferred but not necessary. We assist with your
licensing for Property and Casualty.
